Unfortunatly he didn't attend a Thirstie's game but still Les Murray goes to SAFL

for a Golden Stars v Leichhardt game. Whilst Les was very impressed with one of the Golden Stars midfield, I can't help thinking how impressed he might have been if he had winessed one of Richard's Twinkletoes runs.

Well it seems like forever since we have played a game, with last weeks games being rained off yet again.

 This week weather permitting Thirsties have the following fixtures:

Saturday Thirsties v Leichhardt Saints @ King George fields KO 1pm and 3pm

and 

Sunday

Thirsties v Abbotsford @ Barks Hutt KO 9am and 11am

However if Barks Hutt is still closed then the Sunday game will move to

Blamfield for a 9 & 11 am kick off 

Lets get some wins 

This weekend should be a big week of Footy action.

Saturday v Jaguars

Sunday v Abbotsford

Both games usual times (1 and 3) @ Barks Hutt, Belfield.

Let's get a big turnout to the pub after both games as they are starting to forget what we look like.

 Hopefully we can get 4 wins on the weekend.
